About Us
Lumea is a student-led startup created through the Young Enterprise Scheme, focused on turning simple ideas into products people actually use. Our team set out to solve a common problem in a fresh way - keeping shoes smelling clean and feeling fresh.
Our first product is a citrus-scented shoe refresher, designed to fight unwanted odours while leaving your shoes with a light, refreshing scent. We chose citrus because it’s clean, energising, and instantly makes things feel fresh again.
At the heart of Lumea is the Māori value of Whanaungatanga - the idea of building strong relationships and supporting one another. This value shapes how we work as a team and how we connect with our customers and community. To deliver your favorite products, we have become partners with the most reliable companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong. We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return instructions and the return shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
